I am a Human Centered Design specialist and Senior User Experience Lead with 7 years of experience in all aspects of digital design and customer experience, from requirements gathering and qualitative and quantitative research and UX/UI design and prototyping to usability testing and front end development and coding using Agile and Lean methodologies.I start every project with empathy and leverage the power of Human Centered Design to not only create user-friendly products, but also cultivate great relationships, which results in getting organizations to value and adopt HCD techniques
